What material is used?
We use different types of filament depending on the product and application.
The most commonly used materials are:
PLA Environmentally friendly, easy to print, and ideal for decorative parts
ABS – Very strong and heat-resistant, used for technical applications
PETG – Stronger and more flexible than PLA, suitable for functional parts

What is the maximum print size possible?
The maximum print size is 25 × 25 × 25 cm.
Larger models can be printed in parts and assembled later.
What colors are available for 3D prints?
There can be 8 colors at once will be printed.
We have a wide range of filament colors.
If a desired color is out of stock, we can order it for you free of charge upon request.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work together to find a suitable solution, such as adjustments, a reprint, or another solution depending on the problem.
Because 3D prints are custom-made, returns cannot always be accepted, but we do our best to ensure you are happy with the final result.
How much does it cost to get something 3D printed?
The price for 3D printing depends on the model's size, material, print time, and finishing. Small prints often start around €5-€15, while larger or detailed prints may cost more.

Can I also pick up my order?
Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow the delivery. Pickup is also possible by appointment.
